How do site allowances work?

Each proposed package includes a monthly allowance of site searches. Team and Business allowances are shared across users.

Do unused searches roll over?

No. Under the proposed launch rules, allowances reset monthly.

What happens if SiteSpy cannot identify a project?

A genuine processing failure will not consume a completed-search credit, subject to the final launch policy. Project identification and public-record availability are not guaranteed.

Can I access previous leads?

The intended product model is to retain previously saved leads when customers change subscription packages.

Can I upgrade my subscription?

The proposed plans are designed to allow customers to upgrade as their requirements grow.

Can larger businesses use SiteSpy?

Yes. Businesses requiring more than 10 users or 150 site searches per month can contact the SiteSpy team to discuss their requirements.

Are planning drawings always available?

No. Planning information and architectural drawings depend on public-record availability and successful retrieval.
