Use this checklist when reviewing a site you’ve spotted. It helps structure your judgement; it does not identify a property or generate a lead.

Checks stay on this page only and reset when you reload. No site information is collected or sent.

I recorded the location and marked any address uncertainty. I recorded the date and my actual observations. I separated visible facts from assumptions about the work. I checked the exact project or planning reference where available. I noted the source, date and any unresolved questions. I assessed product fit, territory and likely buying stage. I identified the buying role that still needs confirming. I chose a next action, revisit date or archive decision.

Stop somewhere safe before taking notes or photos. Stay in places you are allowed to be. A visible site is a reason to investigate, not proof of a purchasing requirement.
